Im in a bad mood now.
That because Mcdonald's fcking make me hungry like shit. And when humans get hungry, they get dulan and angry.
I placed my order on McDelivery service at 13:39:09.
Order no. was 9405.
I order a set of Mcvalue Big Mac set.
N it takes an hour ++ for them to come. As i'm in kuching right now, it makes me much more dulan because you can practically get from any place to any place in 15 mins.
I called them a total of 4 times to rush them about my order - make me more dulan dulan.
First time i called was about 20 mins after i placed my order. They said normal delivery time was 45 mins. OKAY i wait but starting to dulan adi cos wad sense does it make to deliver fast food 45 minutes after you order? It should be called slow food if that's the case. If you compared it domino's who can send their pizza in 30 minutes, Mcdonald's delivery service sucks to the MAX. Consider the fact that pizza is not even fast food, this makes Mcdonald's sucks to the MAX even more.
The second time i called was at about 50 minutes after order. He said that the order was out and asked me to call back in 5 mins if the order didn't arrive. I gave them chance and only called back after 10 mins.
This time the lady say she wanna call the branch first before calling me back. I wanted to show her the middle finger already because if an operator says that they'll call u back 99.99% they're not gonna call u back. Trust me, the operator said the manager of the branch would call me even after i received my order (order came while i was on the phone with the last lady) but till now the manager hasn't call back.
While Domino's rebate you Rm5 for any late delivery, Mcdonald's simply doesn't give a fuck. They come late and with soggy food, that's not their fault. It's your fault for ordering it.
As a conclusion, don't be stupid like me and follow the instructions on the McD website which says "just pick something from our menu when you're hungry". Do not order at all cost. If you insist on ordering, order it when you've just finish your meal. They'll come when your're hungry. Give them a day or two.
